Doctor said it was nothing and I call bs, what do you guys think? Anyone else’s baby??

It's called Hand Foot Mouth or something, it's really nothing. My 5 y.o sister gets it, it can be from outdoor contact especially in places with a lot of kids (e.g stores, parks, doctor offices), not properly wiping, or being dirty/wearing dirty clothes. I'd say to find a pediatric dermatologist or something and see if they can prescribe something. It's a bit hard to naturally treat, just make sure your baby is clean and don't try to squeeze the spots or touch them excessively.

Sometimes My baby gets them too and his doctor said the same thing that it was normal and not to worry about it 🤷🏻‍♀️ 
I don’t even pay attention to them anymore because they disappear the next day
