I'll be 3 weeks PP C-section Sunday but since the 12th of this week I've been having lots of dizzy spells on and off through out the day. I'm still taking parentals and my normal vitamins so I would think all that's okay.

I'm still bleeding period like on and off.

Had my 2 week check up with my OB on Tuesday the 11th the day before this started and I was fine.

I'm not sure what this could be.

Edit: I take Iron pills, and drink plenty of water and Powerade zero. The only time I had any issues with blood pressure was in the hospital it was low most of the time. And I've never had blood sugar issues.
