3rd Abnormal pap in 5 years ?

Question

In 2013 had an abnormal pap and biopsy turned out to be hpv ( not really a big deal ) my dr said it would clear up my next pap a year or so later came back abnormal again but she said it was looking better or decreasing. This last week I had a pap and it came back abnormal again and now I have to another biopsy. I’m not freaking out but has this happened to anyone is it likely to be turning cancerous after this long?

I’ve had it for 2 years now and my paps are still abnormal. So I’ll be getting a more in depth test (biopsy )done on the 20th at my gyn to see if anything is actually cancerous hoping it’s not.

This is pretty common cause HPV is incurable. 
I hear woman on this app say "hpv goes away",I dont know a damn person that their hpv went away.
I think alot of people confuse getting a normal pap smear and hpv being gone confused. You can still have hpv and get a normal pap smear..
Your body being able to fight it depends if your paps are going to keep showing abnormal. 
I've had hpv for 6 years and have not had any abdominal paps since the first one. My std test still shows positive for high risk hpv

I know a few women who have had it happen and none of them ended up having cervical cancer.
