My son is a week old today, my milk has come in a couple days ago and I was getting engorged and we were having latching issues. so now I’ll nurse on one side and pump the other and switch sides the next time I feed. It’s been working out well. Is it normal for the milk to vary though? I was getting about 3oz out of each side and when I went to pump the one side this afternoon after feeding him I was only able to get hardly an ounce.. is this normal or should I be concerned my milk is drying up already??!
