Please help. My kitten has a sore?

Question

Does anyone know what this could be on my kittens neck? It was small yesterday and i woke up and it was like this. It looks like it may have a knot on it, I’m scared to touch it in fear of hurting her :( 
I plan on taking her to the vet but won’t have the money until next week.. don’t want to wait that long if it’s something serious.

I don't know. I'd try applying some kind of antiseptic cream to it maybe? You don't want it getting infected. You should probably take her to the vet before next week..

I have colloidal silver gel I use for my animals. If it doesn’t help I normally take them to vet.

You need to take her to the vets for antibiotics. It looks like a burst abscess

Take her to the vet when you can, otherwise it could turn into something worse. Especially with her being a kitten, you do not want her immune system compromised.
