SO I am really interested in this guy, I have feelings that he likes me BUT am not sure how to go about it. I work with him but on opposite shifts so we don’t really see each other. But when we do work together we’re really flirty and I feel a spark.

How in the hell do I sum up enough courage to tell him how I feel or like ask him to lunch or hang out? I am not good at this relationship stuff and could really could use some help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
