From what ive read. (And experienced)  'red flags' so to speak when your bleeding are: if its heavy. Bright red. or with cramping.
I had a subchorionic hemmorage early in my pregnancy. So I know how frightening it can be. If your at all concerned, have a doctor check you over. But also trust your instinct. I was told I was likely miscarrying. Im currently 23 weeks. :)

I did not experience any colored discharge, but based on posts I have seen here it sounds like a totally normal symptom.
