Fertility aids?!

Did you guys use any fertility aids to help you conceive?! I'm feeling very discouraged. What did you guys use that helped you conceive?!

Going to a doctor and getting proper medication to help you..
Idk how long you’ve been ttc but after a year (under 30) or after 6month (over 30) a doctor will run tests and determine why your not getting pregnant and give you medication/ injections to help. 
Don’t give up. I’ve been ttc for almost 4 years now. I’m on round 3 of my ivf/fet transfer. Don’t loose hope.

forget aids!! our body’s are naturally able to do it!! cut out any added hormones!! look out because that means organic and a little more expensive and then cut back a little on carbs and any processed sugars. it wacks out your body. it took me just a couple months of change after a long sad time of trying and here i am today #20weeks. overall it’s healthy in the end and your not using aids from doctors. mild workouts, prenatal vitamins, and organic is your answer!!

Idk if it’ll help but it’s about an 85-90% success rate according to my old OB (I moved out of state) but she told me to take prenatal vitamins, take vitamin B, & to take 1 baby aspirin a day. (I used chewables). I had been trying for almost 7 years & I was pregnant one month later after charting my cycle for her. We were about to start fertility meds but she said to try that combo for 90 days. If we still weren’t pregnant, she’d prescribe fertility meds. She said almost everyone she told ended up pregnant without the meds. The aspirin does something to the cervical mucus (from what she explained) to increase the chances of conception. She also told my vitamin B & vitamin D deficiencies are the most common cause of infertility. I’ve used her combo two other times & it was enough to make my birth control method fail once. I have three pretty girls thanks to her advice. ☺️ GL baby dust.

if you don't think anything major is going on I highly recommend preeseed! tried for almost a year without and tried preeseed during this last fertile window and boom im 5 days late with a positive test 😍❤ good luck , baby dust your way
