Please I need help and reassaurance!! HELP ME

This is all a crazy thing, and i think im going crazy too to the point no one understands me.

I am going through a very bad preggnancy scare since 2+ months now. I am still a virgin and in early July my boyfriend rubbed my vag**na naked but nothing more and he didnt cum and he was dry but i was scared of maybe him precuming but he says he didnt.That scare has been so bad for me, my period then come and went, i took 3 pregnancy tests which were negative. But i have anxiety and i cant Be good anymo, i cant even be intimate with my boyfriend anymore. One month after i though i was doing better, he went his hand under my trousers and touched me down there with his dry hand through my pants. That made me even worse, i started worrying that him touching me can get me pregnant too.

To not make it so long, singe the begining of my scare in the early July :

I’ve had 3 periods since

Taken a lot of home pregnancy tests - negative

Taken BLOOD TESTS also - negative

I dont have symptoms but i am crazy im pregnant bo one understands me help me please
