When is the best time to go fir my first ultrasound?

Hi all. 
I found out yesterday that I'm expecting a baby. According to the estimates, I am 5 weeks pregnant. I was told that this is too early to see anything on the ultrasound. 
This is my first pregnancy. I'm unsure of what to do/expect.

Call your OBGYN and let them know you got a positive test. They will take it from there and tell you when to come in.

It's up to the office. Mine typically you can't come in until 10-11 weeks :P

It depends on your doctors office. Generally doctors will schedule around 8-10 weeks.
