For the record, pregnancy tests will continue to show up positive for quite a while after a miscarriage. Taking it now unfortunately won’t tell you anything new. I had an ultrasound at 8 weeks last year of an embryo that was only developed to 6 weeks, but even that had a small white pile of cells in the middle of the black gestational sac. I’m afraid I don’t see anything in your ultrasound 😢

This happened to me yesterday too. Going by my lmp I should be 7wks yesterday. I started with light brown spotting Saturday, had a little red blood spotting yesterday with one small clot (midwife said the clot wasn’t anything important or worrying), I had no pain or cramping. They gave me an US and nothing was there. They tried an internal and still no sign of baby. Today I barely have any brown spotting and looks like the bleeding is settling down. I’m so confused and anxious. If the baby isn’t there, and I’ve not passed it where is it 😩
