HELP!! Are jeans okay for a barista interview???

I don’t own any business causal clothes. All I have are jeans and leggings and idk what to wear!!!!! Are sandals alright or should I go for wedges

A barista job won’t expect you to be too fancy, jeans w no holes and closed toed shoes and a nice shirt would be fine, you don’t really have to be business casual just look put together and nothing too revealing

Always wear more formal clothes to the interview than the job actually wears. Never wear open toed shoes
I wouldn't wear jeans, but if you don't have anything else, at least be sure they aren't wrinkled and are clean and you have a nice shirt.

Jeans are ok as long as they are free from holes and rips etc... pair with a professional looking shirt (blazer would be best.) Do you hair nice, wear nice accessories and do not wear open toe shoes. Flats or heels.

Maybe black denim if you have to- or can you borrow from a friend? 
Shoes- as a barista, there’s hot beverages plus food sanitation so I would go with closed toed shoes if you can- flats are a good option!
