PP Period! (TMI)

So my PP bleeding ended between 4-5 weeks, and I am now 7 weeks PP and having the worst period I have ever experienced. Very heavy to the point where I’ve bled through my clothes three times now. It just started 3 days ago. I have the worst cramps and I’ve tried extra strength Tylenol, and I tried Midol, it helps but not completely. I am not on bc yet, but I’m getting the IUD in a week. Is this normal and so soon?!?!
