Is it ok to have 3 readings a week wrong

I am 35 weeks.. tired all the time.

I used to walk a lot and that helped with my numbers. But for the pst week or so.. i am so tired to walk for more than 5 mins, and that makes my number be higher than what my doc wants sometimes.

I dont want to keep myself hungry just to make sure the numbers remain in check.

What can i do?

And is it even ok to have some high numbers like 155, 2-3 times a week after meal

And maybe fasting 96 a couple times?
