is it ok to have no implantation bleeding?

i’m 5 weeks  and 2 days pregnant and have my first ultra sound in about 3 weeks. i’m anxious as ever! so many questions and worries. but i was wondering if it’s normal to not have any implantation bleeding? i have sore very sore breasts and light cramps and some nausea (no vomiting yet)
