BEST EYELINER EVER?

Hi everyone!
Ya amateur gurl needs help! 
I've really been wanting to achieve that super gorgeous  clean eyeliner look (the winged tip sharp enough to be used as a murder weapon, URGH! Yas please!) 😍😍😍
And now that i finally got the right wrist action, eyeliners can't seem to stay put!
I currently use "NYX that's the point" but I need one that will stay as it is on my face all day- SMUDGE PROOF, WATERPROOF, SWEAT PROOF etc. 
I'll take any recommendations!!! 
And if you guys got tips please, I'd love to read em.

You have to try the NYX vinyl liquid liner. It won’t move for anything once it’s dry. It looks really bold and you can make super sharp lines with it. A word of caution, it will budge while it’s still wet. Put it on, then fan your eye for a couple of seconds to dry. You have to be really intentional to get it off, like you can’t just swipe at it with a makeup remover wipe. You have to use eye makeup remover.
