When was the earliest y’all heard a heartbeat?

I’m 5 weeks today (wooo!) and I go in next Friday at 6w4d for my first scan. We had a missed miscarriage in May so my reproductive specialist is allowing me more frequent scans to help reassure me/relieve some anxiety. When we made the appointment, they said it may still be a bit early to see the heartbeat. So just wondering when/how early y’all first heard a heartbeat!! Thanks ladies ❤️

With my son we saw it at 6w3d. Apparently that’s very early because my doctor was very surprised and excited, she scared the crap out of me when she said “oh my god!” I thought she saw 2 in there or something.

Saw the heartbeat at 6w3d at 122 bpm. The ultrasound lady said they don’t do the Doppler to hear it so early because of something to do with it causing heat that isn’t good for the baby when it’s so tiny

My midwife always waits until 10 weeks until she uses the Doppler, it’s sooooo Long to wait!

My office used a Doppler with my first at about 6 weeks and there was a strong heartbeat. This time I don’t even get to see the doctor till 8 weeks (🙄) so it’ll be then.

Saw my babes heartbeat at 6w3d at my US last Friday. I seriously googled like crazy up until then 🙈 the consensus of my research was that you should if you are over 6 weeks however if you are measuring early thats okay and if you dont then it's not cause for panic
