Job interview for an assistant teacher for a daycare/preschool position!! How to prepare?!

I have an interview tomorrow at 11 am for assistant teacher position. How do I prepare myself? What are some questions they ask? How do I dress?

I’ve worked at two daycares... let me tell you, it’s hard work. Daycares are always pretty understaffed, so you’ll more than likely get hired. They should ask what age group you’d want, all your certifications such as CPR, TB test, food handlers, etc. Other experience with children, and might even bring you into a classroom to see how you interact with them. Don’t wear a dress or anything too fancy. Jeans and a nice shirt will do the trick. Good luck, even though it is hard, it’s very rewarding helping kids and loving them. Treat the children well.

I always dress up for job interviews no matter where! It just feels right. They will probably ask about your experience with children, how you might handle certain situations like redirecting a child and how you would handle the chaotic enviornment! Good luck!!
