HELP!!! Red muscle sticking out of vagina after sex??

I’m really not sure what to do. I just had sex with my boyfriend, and after a moment of feeling my ‘bits’ noticed that there was a weird, stiff feeling fleshy bit sticking out of my vagina. After a brief freakout, my boyfriend helped me take a picture and it looks as though there’s a tiny bright red tongue sticking out from inside my vaginal opening!! It’s not painful, and I seem to be able to push it back inside, but it just pops right back out again!! It looks like a bit of muscle or something, but I have NO idea what it is - and it still hasn’t receded after about 30 minutes. Does anyone else have any experience with something like this??
