Could I be pregnant?

I’m not late for my period. I have 5 more days until I’m late but lately I’ve been tired and yesterday I had crazy bad insomnia and anxiety. Today I’ve felt sick allllll day and just threw up so I’ve been nauseous. I have kinda flu-ish body ache but no fever. I feel lethargic.. I have an IUD and me and my bf don’t use condoms and he does not pull out. I think I’m getting hot flashes too. Last night I also had a bad cramp in my right ovary. My appetite has been high but it always is tbh. Could this just be caused by early period signs or could I actually be pregnant. Me and my bf last had sex the weekend before last because he hasn’t been up at my house cause he’s away for work training so it would’ve been long enough for an egg to fertilize. This wouldn’t be the end of the world if I was knocked up but it’s not planned... what do u guys think?

UPDATE: last night I was in n out of sleep. I’m awake now and I’m ok as long as I’m laying down but if I get up I feel nauseous and I’ve noticed that cramp thing again. I’ve never felt like this before. I also now have a headache.

UPDATE: hey guys I actually went to the dr. Today and it’s not pregnancy. They took blood and ultrasound showed something on my ovary. He said it could be just a cyst but they are doing further tests. Will continue to give updates. Prayers would be appreciated cause I do carry the BRCA1 gene. Fingers crossed that all is good. Dr. Did say if it is say ovarian cancer it would’ve been caught early and worst case scenario I’d loose my right ovary if that
