Have you ever been nauseas a week before and also during your period? Its kind of awful! And no, I’m not pregnant I haven’t had sex in years. I just feel sick to my stomach before and while I bleed. One time I threw up from cramps and literally payed on my bathroom floor crying because of my period cramps.
