I don’t know what birth control to get next

Used to have an impant, the hormones made me crazy, my period was all over the place. Then I didn’t have a period for 5 years and then got my period back.

Had it removed last Tuesday and have an appointment on Friday to have something fitted. Thinking the copper coil?

Does any of you ladies have a experience with the copper coil?

Or any other type of IUD
