So my boyfriend and I have been together almost two years - two in November. We live together and have a rare kind of relationship where we fight often but rarely have serious fights. His family is controlling and manipulative (to put it nicely) and it’s taken a toll on me for sure (my family doesn’t live in this state). We both are unhappy due to being stuck in our lease and stuck in this state because I’m finishing my last year of schooling. We both can’t wait to move away and in the mean time have been planning for a cruise.

Our cruise is next week and I just really want to remind him why he fell in love with me. We’re cutting off all contact with our family’s for these four days alone and I want to make the most of it. I know I can be a brat (I’ve started new birth control so my mood swings are horrible) and I want to show him how happy we are together once all the shit is taken away.

How to I show him this? How do I remind him why he loves me or why he fell in love with me?
