Exhausted!
My LO is 3 months old, she has her last feed at about 10pm then sleeps till 8am. In the morning she feeds then will go 3 hours till the next feed, generally she then starts feeding every 1.5hours till bed time.
Her sleeping is amazing, my issue is I'm still exhausted is this a normal sideaffect of breastfeeding?
