I feel like I’m dying...

Okay, so I just got my period today and I was 6 days late, I always get really bad cramps but today it seems to be so bad that I can’t really stand or walk, so that makes it hard to take care of my son, I already took pamprin and I’m hoping that kicks in soon, does anyone have any advice that could help me in the mean time?
