Another sleep regression
Anyone going through the 8/9/10 month sleep regression? Our LO was a fantastic sleeper, 12 hours every night. But 4 days ago she started waking once every night, last night she woke up twice. Like shes slowly getting worse. I tried letting her cio but she was not having it. Nursing is the only way to get her back to sleep. I worry I'll start a bad habit for her.
