pill 5 of my second pack? chances of getting pregnant

So i had to take plan b last month around my 6th pill cause it wasnt effective yet and last week on the placebo pills i started bleeding but really lightly, now i'm on my 5th pill of my second pack. I had unprotected sex the night before last night, there was probably precum but he didnt finish. is it possible for me to get pregnant? the latest ive taken a pill is 30-45 minutes late and last month i started my birth control 4 days after my period (hence why i had to use plan b)
