August 21st I had my left ovary removed due to a nasty dermoid cyst. This was after trying for 9 months (w a chemical our first cycle trying). Less than a month since surgery, I got my BFP!!!!!!! I cannot believe it!!! Of course I’m on a work trip until Thursday!
