Can you tweak this for me?

Anyone see anything? The bottom is a early results test, the top two are rapid results tests. I’ve had pinkish blood when I wipe, lightheaded, headaches, some caffeine don’t taste right, feeling crazy tired a lot. Haven’t had my period this month.
