Ok so earlier today I had a thick chunk of mucus, the size of a pencil eraser and super thick like not runny at all. Didn't think much of it as I know the mucus plug can come out and regenerate, that there's different reasons, etc.

Then I had to go to the bathroom a few hours later and there was a huge glob of mucus. Like really heavy discharge, probably quarter size.

Now I'm beginning to worry a bit.

I was super busy today (more so than I have been in a long time) and I had a few pains off and on while walking, not contraction type pains, just like sharp, too much walking type pains.

I'm trying to tell myself that I probably just did too much today. I've read on line that this can happen and be perfectly normal.

Anyone with any experience?
