Anxiety at 36 weeks
Hi, I am 36 weeks pregnant and I’ve been experiencing anxiety and depression in the evenings and at night it is the worst. I’ve always had anxiety my whole life but it never got worse at certain time of day and throughout my pregnancy so far I’ve been feeling pretty good until the other night when a loud noise that alarmed me in the middle of the night triggered my anxiety and receiving phone calls from an unknown number the next night which scared me as well. Now I dread night time because I’m scared and it’s brought me down. Does this sound like a pregnancy thing or does it sound like it’s not related to pregnancy? Any tips on how to get through the nights feeling calm? Thanks
