Hi, this is in the news in Aus at the moment, this man was born in PNG and his mother is PNG and his father is Aboringal, apparently this makes him Australian so can't be deported. What are your thoughts?

Edit: He is not legally an Australian citizen due to the fact he was born in PNG, does not matter that his father is an aboriginal man he still does not have citizenship to be here.

Edit2: I'm on the fence in all honesty, they are deporting New Zealanders that have been born and raised here due to the fact their parents arent Australian, it's a hard subject!
