Period pains other than cramping
Does anyone else experience pain down there during their period other than cramping? I’ve come off the pill after 10 years, been about 7-8 months now and my last 4-5 periods have been short but heavy and I’ve been having really intense pain, internally but not cramps more like ‘flesh’ pain if that makes sense? Helllp 😭
