I went hospital today I'm 5 weeks+ and have started bleeding bright red with period pain.

They gave me a scan and said they still can't see a fetal pole as I'm only early but said the yolk sack is still in the uterus they can't see anything wrong.

Gave me a pregnancy test that shown up possative straight away. So they said everything is fine go back in 2 weeks but they can't rule out misscarage.

Has anyone got any stories to help me out has anyone had bleeding like a period but went on to be okay.
