Diarrhea at 10 weeks?

Normal? Anyone else? I am dying it’s the worst ever. It’s disruptive at work and embarrassing. I have nausea but no throwing up. What can I do:(

They say you can take immodium for it.

It’s totally normal. I had it for a week. Just drink plenty of fluids and try drinking some Gatorade, that helped me
