Absolute must haves for baby?

I’m starting my registry and want to know what you feel was an absolute must have. 
I mean every thing from bassinets to pacifiers

These were my top essentials for the first few months: Car seat, car seat cover (for cold weather), stroller, bath tub, crib, crib mattress, sheets, swing, bouncer (perfect for bringing into the bathroom), sleepers (I recommend ones with zippers), mittens, socks, clothes for all kinds of weather, diapers, wipes, diaper rash cream, thermometer, baby shampoo, soap, lotion, baby wash cloths, hooded towels, white noise machine (or use YouTube).
If you’re breastfeeding I’d recommend getting a pump (for engorgement or upping supply), bottles, nursing pads, lanolin cream, nursing pillow. 
I’m sure I missed some, but this is what I used most!

Owlet.  Tons and tons of sleepers and socks.  The best pump money can buy if you’re planning on breastfeeding (and breastmilk storage system - love the Kiinde).  Boppy lounger.  A great glider/recliner and ottoman.  Every type of pacifier under the sun.  A variety of muslin blankets and swaddles (swaddle up was a favorite).  A very spacious diaper bag.  Safe travel system.  Baby bathtub (we love the 4moms tub).  Effective diaper trashcan.  Baby nail file.  Baby Tylenol.  An activity mat or two or three.  A travel crib (love the Guava lotus).  Nose frida.  White noise machine.  And then stuff like all the bottles and cleaning equipment, towels, diapers, as many water wipes as your closet can hold.
May not be registry worthy, but I also encourage friends to buy comfy shoes and slippers for themselves.  Maybe some new pjs and loungewear too.

Pacifiers, more wet wipes than you can imagine, diapers from Walmart ( they will let you switch sizes for when your kid needs a dif size), stuffed animals, soft towels, small blankets, breast pump, baby bottles, sippy cups, gift cards so you can go back for random things at random times! Stroller, packnplay, bumbo,  high chair, easy clean rug, teething ring.
Search pinterest! They will have plenty of good ideas!

Baby carrier or wrap. Pack n play if you travel with baby.
