My boyfriend called me ugly for the first time 😢

So when my boyfriend was playing his game I was trying to watch YouTube, I couldn’t hear my video an I was telling him “turn the fucken volume down!! It’s way to loud” then I keep repeating it cause he doesn’t listen then he finally then he let repeating “ugly ugly ugly” then I paused an got quiet an was in shock an started crying an got up and walked in the other room then he paused his game an followed me an I told him to leave me alone an that he called me ugly. I always have issues of the way I look an my body image an he knows that already. So it really did hurt me. Then I try telling them an then he said “it was just a joke most couples joke around like that” I said no they don’t! Most of my ex’s always made fun of me the way I look and my body weight 😓😢 now I don’t know what to do. He is a real sweet guy been together for 2 years this coming November. I just feel so hurt an I feel worthless an hate the way I look.
