Pregnancy weight gain 😢
I'm feeling pretty down about the amount of weight I've gained since I got pregnant. I'm 22 weeks and up nearly 9kg, which is above recommended guidelines at this point in pregnancy.
I'm exhausted a lot of the time, and get out of breath so easily, though I'm walking at least 8km a day.
Has anyone got any advice on how to deal with the weight gain? Just FYI, I was diagnosed with anorexia before getting pregnant, but recovered enough to get periods back, but not, obviously, my "ok-ness" with such rapid weight gain.
