Anyone?

Wondering if anyone can advise me what I can do.. here goes... 10th March was my last period while being on birth control.. 27th March birth control removed.. got pregnant 4th may.. miscarriage 25th may.. since then Iv had no period and not got pregnant.. been doctors they won’t give me anything to bring on a period as they saying I can still get pregnant without a period? I have 2 daughters already but I had my daughters 10&7 years ago.. I’m 27 and I’m scared I’m running out of time 😞
