My anxiety and depression is starting to interfere with my job.
I’ve had the last two days off because I don’t feel well. But I don’t think I’m physically sick. I think my stress, anxiety and depression is presenting as physical symptoms of fatigue, achy muscles, mild nausea, inability to concentrate. It’s awful.
I’m already on antidepressants. I know eating healthy and exercise are the most important things I can do right now but I don’t know how to get started. I have always been a fit and healthy person who loves exercise. But recently even getting into my workout gear seems like too much of an effort.
