Postpartum belt? Yay or nay?

I'm on babe #3. I didn't wear anything after the first two, but I also didn't know they existed lol Is it worth it to wear one? Does it actually help anything? Any recommendations?

I used this with my first and it kept everything compressed and I sweated a lot of the fat off lol I plan on using it again in November!

I’m honestly only wearing one to heal from my csection bc ur muscles are a mess and it truly does help that. I mean my sister wore one after her second and swore by it but she didn’t wear it for her third I don’t think so idk what happened there. I think they are great for support, not sure about slimming down 🤔

I wore the postpartum compression underwear from motherhood after baby #2 and it helped my tummy go down so fast. So I’ll definitely be using something again

I didn’t have a c section. Tried it with my first. Thought it was stupid and quit using it. I bought two different kinds. One wrap with Velcro and one corset with hooks. My stomach went back to normal anyway, which is completely flat. I was just patient with my body and voila. Back to normal in a few months.
