It kinda had a white head but it wouldn’t pop and when it did “pop” like nothing came out. I’ve never had cold sores before

Cold sores aren’t one bubble it’s muliple tiny bubbles . A zit looks like a zit and a cold sore looks complexity different that’s how you know.

Do not touch it no1 really knows y it happens but as much as u touch it as worst it will get and longer it will last. You can get creams for something such as itchiness or if it gets bigger if it does gets bigger you should ask your doctor for special creams for it. If thats the case it is normal
