What does this mean??

I am currently 11dpo I’ve been taking ovulation test because I ran out of pregnancy test. (I’m getting more today) when I tested with FMU the ovulation came back negative. After work I decided to take the last one just because and I came back a blazing positive. Could this just be my 2nd LH surge before my period?? (Which is in 4 days)

Update: I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. I’m hoping and praying that this is my month.
