How many naps are your February babies taking?

My 7 and a half month old is only taking one nap the past couple of days. I tried everything

He usually takes 3 naps, 1 long nap and 2 short ones. The last week has been different, he’s only taking 1 or 2 naps but he’s going to sleep earlier

My 7 month old can still only do 90 min awake times... typically takes 3 naps, but if they are short naps, he still occasionally takes 4. I have one sleepy boy 🤷‍♀️

Have your tried following wake times a little more? At 7 months on average they can stand 2.5-3 hrs of stimulation (awake time). I always try to start putting my son down after 2.5 hours of being awake. He takes 2 two hour long naps a day.
