Discharge

My periods have been all over due to contraceptions. Only recently getting back on track after stopping taking contraception. Anyway, I come off my period yesterday and today i have achey pelvic pains and white discharge. Is this normal? Is it me ovulating? Feel stupid asking but idk!

Haven’t changed partners and have only been having sex with my partner
