Did you eat candy or something with that sour sugar on it? I looks like dead taste buds probably from burning your tongue or scraping a lollipop or having some sour skittles. Keep an eye on it anything in your mouth heals super quick should be gone by the morning. If it’s worst then you could call your doctor if your really worries

Mix equal parts maalox and liquid Benadryl and take a q tip and dab on there. Works good for mouth sores
