Actively miscarrying .. 😔

So yesterday my doctor told me baby stopped growing at 6 weeks and 2 days. I’m 8 weeks along. My hcg level also dropped and I was starting to have bloody discharge. He gave me misoprostol to insert vaginally - 2 every 6 hours for 48 hours.

I was giving it a week before I decided to take them to be sure after one more appt. however at 1230am this morning I woke up to heavy bleeding and severe cramping. I ended up passing the gestational sac and a bunch of other clots and tissue. I’m bleeding a lot at the moment. And feel like I’m in mini labor.

Do I still need to take the pills or is it safe to say that it all came out on its own?
