Pains n achs
I m 5 weeks postpartum with my twins normal delivery i have pains in my hands , shoulders n back ,, when i go to bed which is pretty hard 🙄i feel like my body parts are not with me ,,,, is this normal ??? I have a 21 months old toddler ao its hard by day one for me to rest ,,, anyone felt sake pains or i had to talk to my dr??
