Gummy prenatal
I have a question that may sound stupid . Do I have to take a separate folic acid even tho the gummy I take have 325 mg ? I don’t want to over do it and my doctor is closed til Tuesday . And I ran out of the prenatal he gave me so I went and bought these because they are suppose to be a little more gentile on my stomach . Can any of you lovely ladies help ? Thank you in advance 😘
