Someone help

So my boyfriend and I have been trying to conceive for a few months now. Last night I took a test and I didn’t see anything within the first couple of mins so I just threw it out. This morning when i woke up, for some reason I thought to look at it again. And now it says positive! But is this test even reliable? Anyone have advice?
